SINGAPORE — Fujitsu looks to develop cutting-edge information technology and logistics services in Singapore as part of the company’s strategy to increase Asian operations by targeting the region’s diverse needs and industries.
In Singapore, the Japanese IT firm is first dedicating about 30 employees to develop and operate new businesses in fields such as the “internet of things” and big data analysis, looking eventually to expand the group to 100 staffers. President Tatsuya Tanaka discussed the project in an interview with The Nikkei here.
